10. Conclusion

The research on integrating innovative tools in higher education has highlighted a crucial disparity between theoretical literature and practical applications. While advanced intelligent technologies are expected to make their way into universities in affluent Gulf states, such as Saudi Arabia, users lack the necessary cognitive preparation and awareness of the benefits and drawbacks of AI in academic processes. To address this issue, the researcher has provided recommendations aimed at universities and other interested parties seeking effective solutions to achieve the goals of this study. These recommendations consider the current landscape of higher education and provide actionable steps toward bridging the gap between theory and practice in intelligent tools and AI.
