The Future of Higher Education  in Ai (page 2)

Before we discuss 5. Literature View

How AI systems will change the future of education?

There are (10) rules for (AI) in education to presumably change its future permanently:

  1. Artificial intelligence can automate essential educational activities, such as category and grading.
  2. AI systems can create educational programs tailored to the student’s requirements. That is typically made through recent advanced technology applications and programs.
  3. AI allows students to get extra help. This feature assigns educational organizations’ principles to help students to the maximum capacity.
  4. Programs that rely on AI systems permit students and teachers to deliver valid words for others to help and share knowledge.
  5. AI systems transform the way we discover information and interact with it. These intelligent systems play a significant role in interacting with data in our private and professional lives. Over the past few decades, AI systems have radically altered how we interact with knowledge. With unique and more combined technology, prospective students may have significantly different backgrounds in searching and discovering truths than today’s students.
  6. AI systems show the spots that require improvement in the analysis courses because this kind of system benefits, enhances, and fills gaps that can arise in educational classes. It helps to ensure that all students make the same abstract foundations; rather than waiting for the teacher to listen, students gain instant feedback that supports them in comprehending the vision and reminds them how to utilize it in the future.
  7. AI systems can decrease the fear of learning by practising and using ways. AI systems can equip students with a method to know in a reasonably rule-free condition, specifically when AI teachers can present progress answers. AI systems are the perfect form to help this kind of learning because AI systems constantly understand via trial and error.
  8. The data kept by AI systems can modify the way schools choose their students.
  9. AI systems can adjust teachers’ roles. That was desired with technology improvement, specifically with the emergence of smart devices.
  10. AI systems will adjust the students’ learning area, which leads them and the class to acquire the necessary skills. AI systems permit students and teachers to get the chance to decide the right places for learning and improve their educational capabilities, whether at home, school, or other sites such as Starbucks and the like (Bishary, Lewis & McArthur, 2005).

Samples of the Application of AI in the Classroom:

Tutoring: by the time AI systems are used in academic study galleries, classrooms, laboratories, and interactive analysis classes in colleges, universities, or other academic institutions, there will be no necessity for the teacher to replicate the reason for a specific subject or a cut of it and spend more time with students to comprehend that position; the student can now reach that smoothly with AI without discomfiture or destruction of time.

Using AI in Students’ Grading: professors mourned because of the time squandered in the grading method assumed for a long time in standard exams, computer trials, and others. With AI, the problem is becoming separate: teachers can finish grading to spend more time with students.

Improving Administrative Tasks: This has been clear at institutes and most educational associations in almost the world under AI applications.

Global Classroom Possibility: AI systems with instant translations and subtitles will assign new generation learners to surpass all the world broads. AI will stop the classrooms’ borders to permit students to communicate understanding and experience in various education international backgrounds (Boulay, 2016).

6. Previous Studies

Many previous writings debated the subject of artificial intelligence and its effect on higher education. Among these analyses, Fernández, Fernández, and Aburto (2019) analysis examined the effect of artificial intelligence on higher education. The investigation concluded that the future generation would see a change from the standard parts of universities with new ones, such as returning the standard language with the digital language, and the effect of teaching techniques in a new path that needs improving students’ talents to adjust to pleasant intelligence applications.

(Ma and, Keng (, 2018)) The study showed the effect of artificial intelligence on higher education, as these results were described by low support for human help in education, and new talent sets will be required. Higher education must face the challenge of training students for the AI trajectory and equipping students with the talent sets required to contend in the era of artificial intelligence. This recent analysis aims to shed light on the evolution of higher education and the process of the upgrade of artificial intelligence.

Khare, Stewart, and Canada’s ( 2018) analysis tried to show the possibility of artificial intelligence to control a student’s victory completely, and the study examined the state of education when using artificial intelligence as students will depend more on the executive team while capability members at the Institute of Higher Education lead control systems Learning. The study inferred that the applications of artificial intelligence will improve the capacity of educational organizations to accomplish their primary mission of teaching, learning and analysis.

Gamoura et al. (2018) study strained to establish that the technological facts, as well as the ethical and technical borders, control present the concept of complete machine independence in decision-making, including worries presently mounting on the media and academia, despite the elements of AI including automatic activities, self-development and automated machine understanding. The researchers provided the bases of artificial intelligence and its attributes and some of its living prototypes to shed light on the truth of its expansions and aspirations between what it advanced and what it wishes to run.

Abu Hasanein (2018), in his dissertation qualified “An Intelligent Tutoring System for Developing Education: Case Study (Israa University)”, said that a brilliant tutor was created using an intelligent tutoring system (ITS) tool enhanced by Prof. Sami Abu Nasser to create the method of teaching the computer mastery system. This workshop is a university activity method that teaches students of Israa University about various examples of students. After the culmination of the study and the evaluation of the teachers who led the class and operated the system in their teaching method, a set of decisions and proposals were made. The tutor’s benefit of the Artificial Intelligence tools is essential in the growth of laboratory teaching, and it has favourable effects in enhancing the level of scientific branch students.

In a study called “Educational Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Social Studies,” Al-Saud (2016) aspired to discover the function of AI in developing teaching methods and prototypes, concentrating on its applications in theoretical learning and teaching in the Social Studies unit. The study was completed with a description of AI, the difference between AI and human brains, and requests to work on more AI-related examinations in the Social Studies area.

In 2012, Alqattan conducted a study titled “The Readiness of Managerial Leadership to Adopt Artificial Intelligence Applications in Educational Organizations.” The study aimed to understand managerial leaders’ ability to implement AI adoption requirements in their educational organizations. The findings revealed that the participating organizations’ managerial leadership displayed significant interest in adopting AI.

Like the previous studies, the current study subscribes to the exact analysis occupation(AI in teaching). However, this research is different, appreciation to its way as a futuristic analysis and its attention on the possible methods defined by professionals’ anticipations about the future of higher education and AI change.

7. Mythology

The qualitative examination methodology was employed to specify the future of higher education in the light of artificial intelligence from the perspective of academic professionals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7.1 Study Population and Sample

This study resident consists of faculty partners at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. They are Ph.D. holders. They belong to all professorship degrees. According to the university statistics base, their number is (875). The investigator selected a piece of academic (30) by utilizing (Delphi) technique,

The tool of the study was an available query posed to the analysis example to decode the future of higher education in light of artificial intelligence applications.

8. Statistical Analysis

The experimenter gathered ideas from the participating professionals’ views and their feedback. Their points of view and solutions on the open-ended queries and their choice from some multiple-choice clauses allowed the experimenter to ultimately draw the futuristic plan for higher education in the light of AI modifications. Three rounds were done at various times, separately once the experimenter checked all their answers, then set mutual feedback, and changed or omitted other solutions that had arguments, then reiterated that again to have an approved plan.

9. The Results of the Study

The professionals’ final feedback about the present status of Academic Instruction in Higher Education in the light of AI modifications is to ensure that there is total pleasure in what technology has performed and that there is trust in technology’s capabilities. Similarly, the points of view of the maturity of the capability society show that there is trust in technical improvement.

The professionals’ final view about the second query in this study makes it clear that the most likely future system in Academic Instruction in Higher Education in the light of AI transformations is the hopeful system. The specialists pointed out that the AI implements can vigorously experience multiple academic factors, enhancing academic teaching and students’ knowledge, promoting educational advice, improving student examination and scoring methods, starting the university and student movements, enhancing programs and quality guarantee, providing virtual existence learning (VR), providing extra help for students, and creating test and mistake knowing short frustrating.

Regarding the proper steps that must be launched in higher education to achieve the most potential uses of AI changes, the professionals guide to train the capability members to be prepared to use AI developments via training courses, workshops, conferences, and training.

10. Conclusion
