Your Order Cancellation Rights

Since helpofai offers a free trial before any purchase, it will not process refunds for new plans or recurring payments, except where Customer has canceled its plan before being charged for a recurring payment. Customer must provide written proof that Customer had canceled prior to the recurring charge. If Customer is a yearly plan customer, Customer is eligible for a 50% refund if for cancellations within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase date and the account will remain active for six (6) consecutive months from the initial purchase date.
